Welcome to our Foundation Learning Community...

Our Foundation students are spread across two Learning Groups, with teachers Miss Breanna Levesque, Miss Sarah Langley and Mrs Rebekah Buzza. Within this space the friendly and positive atmosphere creates a sense of belonging and enthusiasm for learning. 

In the Foundation Learning Community we appreciate each different and unique personality. Our students are at the centre of all we do and we strive to meet the learning needs of each individual student through positive relationships, planning, assessment and celebration. 

Throughout the Foundation Learning year, we encourage creativity, thinking, independence, finding different ways of doing things, self-honesty, celebrating differences and learning. At the same time providing a nurturing, caring, environment following and adhering to St Luke's School expectations and values.

The Foundation area welcomes and encourages partnerships with parents in their child’s learning journey. We look forward to building warm and supportive partnerships with all. Together we are the foundation upon which the children grow into life-long learners!
